Welcome to the Odette online store. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing products.
Access and use of the website odette.gr requires the express and unreserved acceptance of the following terms.

The website odetteproducts.com is an electronic store selling products via the internet created and operated by the company under the name FLORA MOUSELIMI INDIVIDUAL COMPANY, which is based at 29 Bouboulinas Street, Kos and is legally represented, with Tax Identification Number 152425746, TAX OFFICE OF KOS, with the contact email address odetteproducts@gmail.com.
2. Products
Odette offers handmade perfumes in limited quantities. The characteristics of the products (e.g. notes, packaging) are listed in detail on each product page. The photos are indicative.
3. Orders & Prices
All prices include 24% VAT. The company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Order acceptance is confirmed via email. Failure to receive a confirmation email does not necessarily mean acceptance.
4. Payment Methods

The business does not store card details.
5. Shipping & Shipping Costs
Products are shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated and reported before the purchase is completed.
6. Returns – Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days, only if the product has not been used and is in excellent condition. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used, due to their nature (cosmetics). Return costs are borne by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content of the website (logos, images, texts, descriptions) is the intellectual property of Odette and is protected by Greek and European legislation.
8. Data Security – GDPR
Odette collects and processes the absolutely necessary personal data (name, address, telephone, email) exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Your data is not transferred to third parties without your consent. More details are provided in the [Privacy Policy].
9. Modifications to Terms
The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users should check regularly for changes.
10. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Piraeus are competent for any dispute.
